I have a child domain that has no active DCs, the servers that the DCs were on have been deleted. But I have started getting their marketing emails. I've tried two different email addresses now and the email confirmation never gets received. I've been trying to sign up for ITarian since reading this post. With so much functionality available for free, I have no idea why people pay such exorbitant prices for other tools. The remote control offers unattended use, and deals easily with admin prompts. It offers a straightforward patch management solution for the OS, as well as for a large number of 3rd party apps, and has the ability to allow you to remotely deploy any of a large number of apps on machines of your choosing. Similar experience to TeamViewer, probably not as feature rich, no code required or prompt to be accepted from end user. I respectfully explained that he lost my business because of his horrendous attitude and said my goodbye. Guess who called me this morning? Mark called me again, and called the same number I called from, he didnt even remember me from 2 days ago. Funny thing is, I put in a request to have someone call me back.

I'm looking for a replacement to TeamViewer for a remote desktop option.
